Delivery Timeframes

Order Tracking
All orders include tracking at no extra charge. Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be shared with you so you can follow your parcel until it arrives at your door.

Delivery Confirmation
To ensure safe delivery, most parcels will require a signature on arrival. A confirmation email will also be sent once your order has been delivered. If there are any issues such as damaged or incorrect items, our Buyer Protection covers you — simply contact us and we will resolve it promptly.
Undeliverable Packages
Packages may occasionally be undeliverable due to:
- Incorrect address provided at checkout
- No one available to receive the package after multiple attempts
- Refusal of delivery
If returned to us, the customer may be responsible for return shipping and any applicable restocking fees. Please double-check your details during checkout to avoid delays.
International Shipping
TK SHOP primarily serves Australian customers. In select cases, we may ship internationally depending on product availability. Customers outside Australia should contact our support team for details on rates and eligibility.
