Easy Returns and Refunds
TK SHOP offers a clear and straightforward return process to give you peace of mind when shopping with us. Most items can be returned within 14 days of delivery, subject to the item’s condition and the reason for return.

When Returns Are Free
Return shipping is free in the following cases:

How to Request a Return

- Go to “My Orders” and select the product you want to return.
- Click “Return/Refund” and follow the prompts.
- Choose the reason for return and your preferred resolution.
- Submit your return request.
Once submitted, you will receive email instructions. If eligible, we will send a prepaid return label or arrange courier collection.
Refunds
- Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
