How do I place an order?

Simply browse our store, add your chosen products to the cart, and proceed to checkout. Enter your shipping details, select a payment method, and confirm your purchase.

Is it safe to use my credit card?

Yes. All payments are processed using secure, PCI DSS-compliant payment gateways. TK SHOP does not store your card details on our servers.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of purchase. Once an order is being processed or shipped, modifications may no longer be possible.

How does TK SHOP ensure product quality?

We work with trusted suppliers and monitor customer feedback, reviews, and return rates to ensure all products meet our quality standards.

Are all products brand new?

Yes. All items sold at TK SHOP are brand new unless clearly stated otherwise in the product description.

Where are the products sourced from?

We source products from both Australian and international suppliers. The country of origin is shown on individual product pages when applicable.

What if the product I receive doesn’t match the description?

If your product is significantly different from the description, you are entitled to a replacement or full refund. Please request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Shipping & Delivery

Is shipping free?

Yes. We offer free standard shipping Australia-wide on all orders.

How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery takes approximately 7–14 business days, depending on your location. Orders may require 1–2 days for processing before dispatch.

Do you ship internationally?

Our primary focus is delivery within Australia. Some products may be available for international shipping — please contact us for details.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can also log in to your TK SHOP account and check under “My Orders.”

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging. Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items qualify for free return shipping and replacement.

How do I return an item?

  1. Log in to your TK SHOP account.
  2. Go to “My Orders.”
  3. Select “Return/Refund.”
  4. Follow the instructions to complete your request.

How long do refunds take?
