Today, every product on TKSHOP is sold by TKSHOP (Melbourne, Victoria, Australia). We are also opening TKSHOP to independent sellers. When a listing is sold by an independent seller, the seller will be identified on the listing and must follow this policy. This policy applies to every product offered on TKSHOP, whether it ships from Australia or from overseas.

Everything sold on TKSHOP must be legal to sell and supply in Australia and safe for Australian consumers. Sellers are responsible for knowing and following all Australian laws that apply to their products, including Commonwealth, state and territory laws, import rules, product safety requirements, labelling rules and advertising restrictions.

This list is not complete. If an item is unlawful, unsafe, banned, recalled, restricted beyond what this platform allows, or otherwise not suitable for sale in Australia, it is prohibited on TKSHOP even if it is not specifically listed below.

Our role and orders

For products sold by TKSHOP (Melbourne, Victoria, Australia), the contract of sale is with TKSHOP (Melbourne, Victoria, Australia). We run the website and checkout, take payment, and handle customer service, delivery problems, returns and refunds. Most items are sent directly to the buyer by one of our supply partners, most of whom are outside Australia, mainly in China. Buyers do not need to deal with a supplier directly.

If a listed product breaches this policy, is unlawful, unsafe, or its price or product details are obviously wrong, we may remove the listing or cancel the order before dispatch and refund it in full. Orders may also be cancelled by the buyer free of charge until dispatch by contacting us as soon as possible with the order number. After dispatch, an order can no longer be cancelled.

Payments on TKSHOP can be made by Visa, Mastercard and American Express cards processed by Stripe, Apple Pay and Google Pay on supported devices via Stripe, and PayPal. We do not offer buy now, pay later or instalment services, and we do not accept bank transfer, cash, cheque, cryptocurrency or third-party gift cards. Payment is taken when the order is placed. If a refund is approved, it is sent to the original payment method.

For delivery, returns and refund rules, see Shipping Policy, Returns & Refunds Policy and Buyer Protection.

What happens if this policy is broken?

We may remove listings, cancel orders, withhold payouts where permitted by our Marketplace Seller Agreement, and suspend or close seller accounts. Where required by law, we may report matters to authorities such as the ACCC, the Australian Border Force or the police.

How do I report a listing?

If you see a listing that may break this policy, email [email protected] with a link to the listing and the subject line Prohibited item report.

For intellectual property issues, email [email protected] with the subject line IP complaint. See also our Intellectual Property & Counterfeit Reporting policy.
