This lamp requires a usb-a to usb-c cable to be powered. It does not work with a usb-c only cable. The power consumption is 4.6w (as indicated by my charger it is the same with the power bank).. pressing the timer button once will switch it on for 30secs, a double click will set the timer to 60 seconds. The power button will switch it on for a long time. The timing is accurate.
Good item, good material, I would have liked it to have a battery.
